| The person submitting the National Dance
Day (NDD) 2013 video must be at least 18 years of age, has confirmed
consent by all participants, and on behalf of all participants, hereby
releases any and all claims to such videos, descriptions or other
recordings upon submission of the video. Upon video submission,
Dance Council of North Texas (DCNT), Dizzy Feet, NDD and/or any
authorized parties are granted permission to use the video for broadcast
or for use in any or all public relations and/or marketing efforts on
behalf of DCNT and NDD. Participants will not receive or be entitled to
any form of compensation if DCNT and NDD uses the NDD video for any form
of broadcast, marketing, or any other purpose. Submission of video
confirms consent by all participants in return for being allowed to
participate in National Dance Day 2013. |
